Please notify us at the time of order if we may have trouble delivering your order to the kerbside of your property in a large vehicle. The delivery will be a non-contact kerbside delivery. Pallet Deliveries: Large orders over approx 20kg will be delivered on a large vehicle with a tail-lift. Delivery updates will be provided via email and text once the goods have been despatched. Parcel Deliveries: Small items such as mosaics or bottles of sealer under 20kg will be sent via our parcel carrier UKMail where possible. Orders placed between 12pm Friday and 12pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed after 12pm on a Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday. An order placed at 12:30pm on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered on the subsequent working day.įor example, an order placed at 11am on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday. The cut off for Next Working Day Delivery is 12pm Monday - Thursday. Next Day Delivery: Next Working Day Delivery is now available on a large number of our products.
